Launching Failed
เมื่อ launch instance แล้วเกิดปัญหา launch failed ให้แจ้ง customer support ตามขั้นตอนในเอกสารฉบับนี้
Instructions
1. พบปัญหาระหว่างการ launch instance
Status ของ instance จะแสดงเป็น Launch Failed และจะมีแถบสีเหลือด้านบนของ page แสดงขึ้นมา
2. เข้าหน้า customer support
คลิกที่ link "Customer Support" ที่แถบสีเหลือด้านบนของ page เพื่อไปยังหน้า customer support
3. สร้าง ticket เพื่อแจ้งปัญหา
ทำตามขั้นตอน การเปิด ticket และรอการตอบกลับจากทีม customer support
