Transferring a Volume

Transferring a Volume to Another Project

Prerequisite

• The project's wallet balance must be greater than 0 (see how to top up a project's wallet).

• You must have an existing volume within the project (see how to create a volume).

Instruction

1. Initiate the Volume Transfer

On the Volumes page, select the desired volume, then click MORE > Transfer Across Projects.

2. Enter Transfer Details

Fill in the required information and click the 'CONFIRM' button.

Transfer Across Project

• Transfer Name: A reference name for the volume transfer.

  • Can only contain English letters (A-Z, a-z), numbers (0-9), hyphens (-), or underscores (_).

  • Must be between 4 and 20 characters long.

• Receiver Email: The email address of the recipient.

3. Confirm the Volume Transfer

After clicking 'CONFIRM', a Transfer ID and an Authentication Key will be generated. You must provide these to the recipient for them to complete the transfer.
