Reset NCS Password

If you forget the password you set during account creation, you can reset it by following these steps.

Prerequisite

• You must have an existing account in NIPA Cloud Space (see account creation).

Instructions

1. Go to the NIPA Cloud Space

Navigate to https://space.nipa.cloud/ to reach the NIPA Cloud Space login page.

2. Go to the Forgot Password Page

Click the "Forgot Password" button to proceed.

3. Verify Your Identity via Email

Enter the email address associated with your account to begin the password reset process.

Then, click the "RESET PASSWORD" button in the email you receive.

If you do not receive the verification email, please check your spam or junk folder. You can also click the "Resend Email" button on the "Forgot Password - Email Verification" page to have it sent again.

4. Set Your New Password

Enter and confirm your new password. The password must meet the following requirements:

• Between 8 and 32 characters in length

• At least one uppercase letter (A-Z)

• At least one lowercase letter (a-z)

• At least one special character (!#$%&'*+-/=?^_`{|}~.)

• At least one number (0-9)

Forgot Password - Reset Password

Once complete, click the "Reset" button.

5. Log In with Your New Password

After clicking the "Reset" button, the system will redirect you to the login page. You can now log in using your new password.
