Deactivating Two-Factor Authentication
Deactivate Two-Factor Authentication When Your Authenticator Device is Inaccessible
Prerequisite
A registered NIPA Cloud Space account (see registration).
The rescue codes saved during the initial Two-Factor Authentication setup (save rescue code).
Instructions
1.Go to the NIPA Cloud Space
Navigate to https://space.nipa.cloud/ to reach the NIPA Cloud Space login page.

2. Enter Your Primary Credentials
Enter the email and password for the account that has Two-Factor Authentication enabled, then click the "LOGIN" button.
3. Access the Deactivation Page
On the verification screen, click the "Enter a Rescue Code" link to proceed.
4. Complete the Deactivation
Enter one of the rescue codes you saved after activating the feature, then click "DEACTIVATE". Once the process is complete, click the "GO TO PORTAL" button to access your account normally.
After deactivation, the Two-Factor Authentication menu or the login process may not immediately reflect the change. Please allow approximately 10 minutes for the setting to take full effect.
