Launching Failed

เมื่อ launch instance แล้วเกิดปัญหา launch failed ให้ทำการแจ้ง customer support โดยมีขั้นตอนดังนี้

Instructions

1. เมื่อมีปัญหาระหว่างการ launch instance

status ของ instance จะแสดงเป็น Launch Failed และจะมีแถบสีเหลือด้านบนของ page แสดงขึ้นมา

2. เข้าหน้า Customer Support

กดที่ link "Customer Support" ที่แถบสีเหลือด้านบนของ page เพื่อไปยัง page customer support

3. สร้าง ticket เพื่อแจ้งปัญหา

ทำตามขั้นตอนการเปิด ticket ดังนี้ และรอการตอบกลับจากทีม customer support
