# Deactivating Two-Factor Authentication

### Prerequisite

* มี account NIPA Cloud Space ([สมัครสมาชิก](/ncs-documents/nipa-cloud-space-overview/ncs-user-account/create-nipa-cloud-space-account.md))
* มี rescue code save ไว้หลังจาก activate Two-Factor Authentication  ([save rescue code](https://docs-epc.gitbook.io/ncs-documents/nipa-cloud-space-overview/ncs-user-account/pages/8D05KyTrEADNZYTIyQtr#6.-rescue-code))

### Instructions

### 1. เข้าสู่ NIPA Cloud Space  

ไปที่ URL [https://space.nipa.cloud/](https://portal-epc.nipa.cloud/) เพื่อเข้าสู่หน้า login ของ NIPA Cloud Space

### 2. Login ด้วย Email และ Password ที่ลงทะเบียนไว้ในระบบ

กรอก email, password ของ account ที่ activate Two-Factor Authentication เอาไว้ และกดปุ่ม "LOGIN"

### 3. เข้าสู่หน้า Deactivate Two-Factor Authentication

กดที่ link "Enter a Rescue Code" เพื่อเข้าสู่หน้า deactivate Two-Factor Authentication

### 4. ทำการ Deactivate

กรอก Rescue Code ที่ save ไว้หลังจาก activate Two-Factor Authentication และกด "DEACTIVATE" เมื่อเสร็จ ให้กดปุ่ม "GO TO PORTAL" เพื่อเข้าใช้งานตามปกติ

หลังการ Deactivate two-factor authentication ในช่วงแรก หากกลับเข้าไปดูใน menu Two-Factor Authentication หรือการ Login อาจจะยังไม่แสดงให้เห็นว่ามีการ deactivate ไปแล้ว\
ต้องใช้เวลาประมาณ 10 นาที ก่อนที่จะส่งผล
