Activating Two-Factor Authentication

เริ่มใช้งาน authentication 2 ชั้น เพื่อความปลอดภัยที่สูงสุด

Prerequisite

• มี account Nipa Cloud Space (สมัครสมาชิก)

• login เข้าสู่ระบบ NIPA Cloud Space (ขั้นตอนการ Login)

• มี Authenticator Application ติดตั้งไว้บนโทรศัพท์ (แนะนำให้ใช้ Google Authenticator)

Instructions

1. เข้าสู่หน้า Projects Management

ลงทะเบียนหรือ login เข้าสู่ระบบ NIPA Cloud Space เพื่อเข้าสู่หน้า "Projects Management" หรือภายใน project ก็ได้เช่นกัน

2. เข้า Menu Two-Factor Authentication

กดที่ชื่อ user ที่มุมขวาบน เพื่อแสดง menu จัดการ account และเลือก "Two-Factor Authentication"

3. เริ่มเปิดใช้งาน Two-Factor Authentication

ระบบจะแสดง menu Two-Factor Authentication ให้กดที่ปุ่ม "ACTIVATE" เพื่อเริ่มการเปิดใช้งาน

4. ลงทะเบียน Authenticator Application

ระบบจะแสดง QR code และ code ในรูปแบบ text สำหรับลงทะเบียนบน authenticator

ให้เปิด authenticator และเลือกลงทะเบียน application ใหม่ โดยแสกน QR code หรือใส่ code ในรูปแบบ text เข้าไป

เมื่อลงทะเบียนเสร็จ ใน menu Activate Two-Factor Authentication ให้กดปุ่ม "NEXT"

5. Verify Authenticator

ให้กรอกเลข 6 หลักที่ได้จาก authenticator เพื่อ verify ว่าสามารถใช้งาน authenticator นี้ได้ จากนั้นกดปุ่ม "VERIFY"

6. บันทึก Rescue Code

เมื่อ verify สำเร็จ ระบบจะแสดง Rescue Code ให้สามารถ copy และ download file เก็บไว้ได้ โดยสามารถใช้ Rescue Code นี้ในการ deactivate two-factor authentication ได้ ในกรณีที่ไม่สามารถเข้าถึง authenticator ที่ลงทะเบียนไว้ได้แล้ว

7. Login โดยใช้ Two-Factor Authentication

หลัง activate การ login จะเพิ่มขั้นตอนการ verify TOTP ด้วย Authenticator ที่ลงทะเบียนไว้

หลังการ activate two-factor authentication ในช่วงแรก หากกลับเข้าไปดูใน menu Two-Factor Authentication หรือการ Login อาจจะยังไม่แสดงให้เห็นว่ามีการ activate ไว้แล้ว ต้องใช้เวลาประมาณ 10 นาที ก่อนที่จะส่งผล
