# NCS User Account

NIPA Cloud Space ใช้ระบบจัดการสิทธิการเข้าใช้งานด้วย user และ project

## Users

user คือ account ที่ใช้ในการ login เข้าสู่ระบบ NCS และใช้งาน feature ต่างๆ โดยจะต้องมีการสมัครสมาชิก [Create NIPA Cloud Space Account](/ncs-documents/nipa-cloud-space-overview/ncs-user-account/create-nipa-cloud-space-account.md) ก่อนเข้าใช้งาน

## Projects

การที่ user จะใช้งาน cloud resource บน NCS ได้ จะต้องมี project เป็นของตัวเอง หรือเข้าร่วม project ของ user อื่นก่อน เนื่องจาก resource จะถูกแบ่งแยกโดย project รวมถึงการชำระค่าบริการด้วย ทำให้ user 1 user สามารถทำได้หลายงาน กับหลายกลุ่ม โดยการใช้ project แบ่งออกจากกัน
