# Creating a New Key Pair

## Instructions

### 1. **Create a Key Pair**

On the Key Pairs page, click the **"+Key pair"** button. The "Add Key Pair" window will appear.

### 2. **Fill in the Key Pair information**

* **Name:** A reference name for the key pair.
  * Must be between 4 and 20 characters long.
  * Can only contain uppercase and lowercase English letters.

### 3. **Generate the Key Pair**

Click the **'GENERATE'** button to create the key pair. The process is now complete.
