# Renaming Instance

ในระหว่างการสร้าง instance จะมีช่องให้กรอกชื่อ 1 ช่อง หัวข้อ Instance Name ชื่อดังกล่าวจะถูกใช้เป็นทั้ง host name และ display name ซึ่งชื่อทั้งสองประเภทนี้ สามารถเปลี่ยนได้ใหม่ภายหลัง เอกสารฉบับนี้ จะสอนเพียงวิธีเปลี่ยน display name

## Prerequisite 

* Instance ที่สามารถเปลี่ยนชื่อ display name ได้ คือ instance ที่มี status <mark style="color:green;">**Active**</mark> เท่านั้น       &#x20;

## Instuctions

วิธี rename instance ทำได้ทั้งหมด 3 วิธี ดังนี้ &#x20;

### วิธีที่ 1 เปลี่ยนจากเมนู instance list &#x20;

1. **คลิกปุ่ม MORE > Rename Instance** \
   คลิกปุ่ม MORE  ที่คอลัมน์สุดท้าย ของ instance ที่ต้องการเปลี่ยนชื่อ จากนั้นเลือกเมนู Rename Instance&#x20;

2. **กรอก instance name ที่ต้องการ**\
   เมื่อเลือกเมนู Rename Instance จะปรากฏหน้าต่าง Rename Instance ขึ้นมา \
   กรอก display name ที่ต้องการลงในช่อง new name&#x20;

จากนั้นคลิกปุ่ม rename&#x20;

3. **ตรวจสอบ display name ใหม่**\
   เมื่อเปลี่ยน display name สำเร็จ จะปรากฎหน้าต่างแจ้ง Renamed Instance ขึ้นมา และ display name ของ instance จะเปลี่ยนเรียบร้อยตามต้องการ

### วิธีที่ 2 เปลี่ยนที่หน้า instance detail ตำแหน่งที่ 1

เมื่อคลิกชื่อ Instance Name ในหน้า intance list จะสามารถเข้าถึงหน้า instance detail ของ instance นั้น ๆ ได้ ในหน้า instance detail สามารถคลิกแก้ไข instance name ได้ตามวิธีต่อไปนี้

1. **คลิก icon รูปดินสอ ข้าง instance name**

2. **กรอก instance name ที่ต้องการ**

ที่หน้าต่าง Rename Instance ขึ้นมาดังภาพ กรอก display name ที่ต้องการลงในช่อง input new name โดยมีเงื่อนไขเดียวกับวิธีที่ 1&#x20;

จากนั้นคลิกปุ่ม rename

3. **ตรวจสอบ display name ใหม่**\
   เมื่อเปลี่ยน display name สำเร็จ จะปรากฎหน้าต่างแจ้ง Renamed Instance ขึ้นมา และ display name ของ instance จะเปลี่ยนเรียบร้อยตามต้องการ

### วิธีที่ 3 เปลี่ยนที่หน้า instance detail ตำแหน่งที่ 2

คลิกชื่อ instance name ที่ต้องการเปลี่ยนชื่อ เพื่อเข้าสู่หน้า instance detail ของ instance นั้น ๆ เช่นเดียวกับวิธีที่ 2&#x20;

1. **คลิกปุ่ม MORE > Rename Imstance** \
   คลิกปุ่ม MORE  ที่ใต้รายละเอียดในหน้า insance detail จากนั้นเลือกเมนู Rename Instance <br>

2. **กรอก instance name ที่ต้องการ**

ที่หน้าต่าง Rename Instance ขึ้นมาดังภาพ กรอก display name ที่ต้องการลงในช่อง input new name

จากนั้นคลิกปุ่ม rename

3. **ตรวจสอบ display name ใหม่**\
   เมื่อเปลี่ยน display name สำเร็จ จะปรากฎหน้าต่างแจ้ง Renamed Instance ขึ้นมา และ display name ของ instance จะเปลี่ยนเรียบร้อยตามต้องการ
