# Backup Report

NCS มีระบบ Report ผลการ Backup ทาง Email สำหรับการ Backup ทั้งหมด ไม่ว่าจะเป็น [Manual Backup](/ncs-documents/backup-and-restore/compute-backup/manual-create-a-backup.md) หรือ Auto Backup ผ่าน [Backup Plan](/ncs-documents/backup-and-restore/backup-plan/create-backup-plan.md) โดยมีค่าเริ่มต้นคือ

* Report ต่อเมื่อกระบวนการ Backup มีปัญหา
* รวมผลลัพท์ทั้งหมดในวันนั้น Report ในเวลา 9:00 AM

ซึ่งจะแสดงอยู่ที่ด้านบนของหน้า [Compute Backups](/ncs-documents/backup-and-restore/compute-backup.md) หรือ [Backup Plans](/ncs-documents/backup-and-restore/backup-plan.md)

โดยสามารถปรับแต่งการ Report ตามต้องการได้ ดังนี้

## Prerequisite

* ต้องมียอดคงเหลือใน Project มากกว่า 0 บาท หากไม่มีเงินอยู่ใน Project ศึกษาวิธีเติมเงินได้ที่ [ขั้นตอนการเติมเงินเข้าสู่ Project](/ncs-documents/nipa-cloud-space-overview/billing-and-wallet/topup-a-project-wallet.md)

### **1. เข้าสู่ Project**

เข้าสู่ NCS Project ที่ต้องการปรับแต่งการ Report

### 2. เข้าหน้า Compute Backup

ที่ Sidebar เลือก Service Group "BACKUP & RESTORE" และ Service "Compute Backups" หรือ Service "Backup Plans"

### 3. เข้าหน้า Report Notification Setting

ที่หน้า Backup & Restore - Backup Plan หรือ Compute Backup เลือก Icon ![](/files/l7KT0S641L1iD3hixS0v)

### **4. ตั้งค่า Backup**

ตั้งค่า Report Notification ที่ต้องการ โดยมีรายละเอียดดังนี้

1. Notification Criteria: ให้มีการแจ้งผลเฉพาะเมื่อมีปัญหา หรือทุกกรณี
2. Notification Frequency: ให้มีการแจ้งผลเป็นรายวัน หรือให้แจ้งทุกครั้งที่ Execute

เมื่อตั้งค่าทุกอย่างตามที่ต้องการแล้ว ให้กดปุ่ม "Save"

### **5. สำเร็จ**

ระบบจะพาไปที่หน้า "Backup & Restore - Backup Plan" หรือ "Backup & Restore - Compute Backup" ขึ้นอยู่กับว่าเริ่มต้นจากหน้าไหน และแสดงการตั้งค่า Report Notification ตามที่กำหนดไว้
